Terry Public Schools offer Room and Gym rental for community members. To use and rent school facilities, please contact Alandra Canen, district secretary, at the school office, 635-5533. Facility use is not guaranteed until deposit is received.
Conditions of Facility Use
Use of District facilities is conditioned upon the following covenants:
No alcoholic beverages, tobacco or other drugs are sold or consumed on the premises by the requesting organization or individual or any of its employees, patrons, agents, or members.
No illegal games of chance or lotteries will be permitted.
No functional alteration of the premises or functional changes in the use of such premises shall be made without specific written consent of the District.
Adequate supervision must be provided by the requesting organization or individual to ensure proper care and use of District facilities.
Rates for Community use of the multipurpose room or gym are as follows:
(rates are subject to change, confirm current rates when you call to book use, non-community members or activities must speak with the principal to confirm availability and rates)
$5.00 per hour- Multi-purpose Room
$15.00 per day- Multi-purpose Room – over 3 hours and not using the kitchen
$30.00 per day- Multi-purpose Room – over 3 hours and using the kitchen for cooking meals
$3.00 PER HOUR Auditorium
$7.50 per hour for the gym or $40.00 for the entire day
Terry Schools requires the following to be completed before school facilities can be used:
A $30.00 cleaning deposit is to be paid before using the multi-purpose room or gym. When using any school facility, Terry School District No. 5 also requires a certificate of insurance indicating that a group or individual does in fact have current liability policy in force. The certificate of insurance can be obtained from your insurance agent. Please provide the school with the certificate of insurance and the #30.00 deposit at the high school clerk’s office at least 3 days prior to the use of the school facility. If you are unable to provide Terry Schools with the above, the facilities may not be available for use.
If your activity is after school hours and you need to get into the buildings, please contact the following individual for pick-up and drop-off of the key:
